Fraud: We check all orders very carefully and do not ship orders until payment is cleared or authorized. Generally, we require all orders are shipped to the same address as that associated with the credit card. We also impose additional methods to prevent fraud with the latest technology available associated with online shopping. In addition, when you place an order your IP address, date, and time is collected. An IP address can be tracked to the computer used to place the order.

HCIT - How Cute Is That, LLC uses industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect data during transmission. SSL ensures that communication, personal information is not tampered with during transmission. SSL encrypts or scrambles any information sent from you making it virtually impossible to tamper with. The information is unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.

Product Variations
HCIT - How Cute Is That, LLC creates unique, one-of-a-kind baby & tot necessities including bibs, burp cloths, blankets, quilts, etc.  The photos posted of the products online are to be considered the general theme.  Each product is custom made at the time the order is received.  Because of this factor, products may  vary slightly in cut and pattern but will always include the same fabrics and materials when constructing the item.  Placement of appliqués and trim varies slightly, making each item truly unique.  We are sure that you will be satisfied with all of your HCIT products each and every time!

Returns/Refunds:  If for some reason you are dissatisfied with any of our products, H.C.I.T - How Cute Is That, LLC will accept returns for a full refund, less shipping, within the first 30 days of the purchase date on the invoice.  Items being returned must be in their original state.  Any items that have been used or laundered will not be accepted.   

Sales tax:  A sales tax of 7.65% will be charged to all orders shipped within Kansas.

Shipping:  We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping charges are calculated real-time by weight of the product.  Additional fees for packing/handling may apply.  Any order received after 3:00PM-CST will be shipped the following business day.  Orders received Friday 3:00PM - Sunday 11:59 PM will be shipped on the following Monday.  HCIT - How Cute Is That, LLC will be closed for all major holidays.

Special Offers:  HCIT - How Cute Is That, LLC will occasionally offer special promotional discounts and offers.  To take advantage of special offers, discount codes must be entered during the check-out process.  If the code is not entered, the discount will not be applied. Discounts cannot be applied after the order is placed.
